Placing intermediate bars, pallets and cardboard layers, edge protectors
For placing intermediate bars, protective boards or a skid pallet manually, it would be necessary to re-enter the safety area each time. This interrupts the production cycle. The TITAN Pick-and-Place system solves these problems in one fell swoop. The TITAN system fetches the required number of timbers automatically and places them in the desired position. It is not necessary to re-stack (repack) the bars from the pallet into a magazine. The robot knows exactly where everything is and where it must go.
